I've seen you can use giftcards but as far as I've seen from giftcards you have to spend 4-5 dollars more just to purchase the thing and prepaid cards are seen as overseas purchases and will get blocked as well and some of those have stupid as hell fees anyway.Īnyone else have this issue or am I just not doing something right? I thought about switching banks but I don't really want to switch banks just so I can play a damned videogame lol

When paying through paypal my bank sees as overseas and still disables my card/blocks the purchase unless I call ahead so that's out too. My bank blocks overseas purchases and will only allow me to make a window to allow this so I have to call in every time and go through this whole deal and explain to the person why I am making this purchase and it's just.annoying.

So it appears to get all 4,500 steel, you have to buy the first 18 phases with doubloons.

In total, you can earn up to 4,500 Steel.Ĥ,500 steel divided by 250 per phase you complete via Directives, is 18 phases.

However, in that case, instead of the usual rewards for completing the shipbuilding phases, you'll get 250 Steel for each completed phase. If you decide to complete shipbuilding at the Dockyard by using doubloons, you can still progress through the Directives. You can purchase all the shipbuilding phases in exchange for doubloons and receive all the available rewards without waiting.
